This seminar is designed to share best practices for overcoming barriers to minority recruitment and retention within Northwestern Medicine. Participants will hear a presentation and a moderated panel discussion featuring research coordinators from minority serving medical centers and will engage in an audience-driven question and answer session to identify feasible interventions to enhance minority participation in cancer trials.
